Those cookies were a meal in a sweet, pink package. Now, and I rarely buy them, Pepperidge Farm's Chessmen.

The hard part is actually getting them on the cookie sheet to bake. Much of the dough seems to disappear beforehand

I have a recipe for oatmeal crispies I got from my high school spanish teacher that would probably be my favorite. They are essentially candy (butter and brown sugar) with oats for body so you can fool yourself into believing they are somewhat healthy!

those store bought peek freans sandwich cookies with a hole cut in the middle so you can see the red jelly in the centre.
