It gives me three options:
Ban poster.
Promote to Host.
Hide Super Powers.

I think I need an alert for violating "Statement of purpose" for locking a thread. Any other alert gets sent to the Admins.

Also, the nice thing is that we've been told to "Use our best judgement" because we're working for the members of the forum, not the admins. They've done a good job of dividing out powers and responsibilities between Hosts, Admins and MIRT (Malicious Interrupter(?) (I think, I have to go back and check) Removal Team), a group of posters whose only task is to review host decisions with the Admins to ID trolls and ban them. I long advocated for a better sense of self-policing and I think it'll work well.

I don't know if it's intentional or coincidental, but it seems to preference against posters who post predominantly in the same fora as the alerted post.
