In my youth I remember all nighters in bed.

As in sleeping all night without having to wake up to go bathroom.
Not bragging D.U. Yet last night was good night in bed for me i only woke up once.

A friend mentioned this to me the other day . I told him yes I completely understand in what you’re saying.

He then mentioned in sarcasm he may only consume beverage between 07:00 and 07:10 daily perhaps that will help.

I said hey let me know the results of your research , he said he would gladly share any information.

When you see me posting at 3am that’s likely after a bathroom break. Now that I’m retired I don’t care much but back when I was working I hated waking up to take care of business and not being able to fall back asleep.

Of coffee in the morning. Also on a new drug, Gemtesa. Went from 4 or 5 times to 2 or 3 times now.

I'm 77 and need to release nitrogenous waste water 3 times a night. In pondering this situation it came to me that Dr. Pepper must have been a old guy 10 2 and 4 are tie pretty close to my required elimination needs.😏

... that a high-salt diet not only delays the time it takes to fall asleep but also increases the number of times you wake up throughout the night. These disruptions prevent you from achieving deep slow wave sleep and restorative sleep.

a really unexpected effect was pretty much ending any middle of the night treks to the bathroom.

I was getting up 2 times a night generally (on rare occasion 3) and that ended immediately. In the past two years I have gotten up in the night maybe 3 times.

I do not drink liquids past 7, but I started doing that years ago,
