of the Bottle Dance from Fiddler on the Roof. Im sure the choreographer got some inspiration from these dances.

The lost their land and homes due to the Russian pogroms. We tried to to the dance as youngsters.

at a festival in Little Ukraine - part of The East Village that my dad took us too ?58 ys ago.
Always loved the red boots, the athleticism of the men.
(you could say the original "break dancers" 🙂 )
