Twins were born, and the lil girl wasn't going to make it.

They had been separated by hospital policy, each in their own incubator. A nurse broke that protocol and decided to place them together, with this photo the result:

4. A friend of my parents told me that when I was a little baby with my twin brother, I used

to reach for my brother's hand and suck his thumb.

5. Twins have that bond.

I helped a friend raising his 18 month old twins and by the time I would have one twin dressed, the other twin would be undressing her.

Then vice a versa. Very hard to keep up with, but a lot of real fun.

6. That is a wonderful story. It's also several years old. I too hope they are thriving, in school.

Snopes says they're Kyrie and Brielle Jackson, the photo was made in 1995, and the story is absolutely true.

7. Co-bedding of twins--new idea at the time--and yes, they were sisters.
