Woke up this morning to the sounds of people walking around downstairs.

It was a man and a woman and I heard the woman say something like "It looks like someone is living here." A few more words were spoken and I heard them leave.

The property next to mine has a sign in the yard saying it's up for public auction for back taxes. maybe the couple thought my home was part of the property going on auction.

I'd have gotten up naked (or taken all my clothes off if I were dressed) and chased them out of my house hollering and brandishing something scary.

Such violation cannot pass unchallenged.

I could have been the talk of the town for years as folks retell the story about the crazy, screaming naked man who came running down the stairs only to be shot dead.

10. I've got three kids and my eldest's live-in boyfriend. I ALWAYS here stuff like that at night.

Not so much in the morning. I have to threaten to crank up King Crimson to get their asses out of bed sometimes.
