1. In PA you can't carry more than two six packs out of a bar at a time (state law).

You CAN however pay for FOUR six packs, take two out to your car and return to get the other two. That's actually legal. It isn't really practical since the bar take-out prices are double (by volume) what you pay if you get a case at a beer distributor.
