Hahaha, please see what a movie is about before taking your kids.....

Wife and I went to see American Reunion on Saturday night and there was a set of parents there with their teenage daughter, she must have been 15-16 sitting in our row. Uh....DEFINITELY NOT a movie you want to see with your parents, or if you are parents of a teenage, DEFINITELY NOT a movie you should be seeing together. Luckily they left after about 15 minutes but not before some major embarrassment I'm sure. I kept looking at their reactions because I was fascinated and practically obsessed with seeing the scene unfold, and geez.....that must have been an uncomfortable ride home. I heard the daughter blow up at the parents in the hallway when they were leaving but couldn't make out exactly what she said. hahahahaha

I realize if you're on a date or something and you get there at a certain time, maybe you just take a chance and see whatever movie starts next, hopefully you've at least heard of it, but you can't subject that kind of chance on kids. If they had stayed 10 minutes longer she probably would have to go to therapy.

1. My mother took me to see "Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" when I was 15 years old

She was a big Dolly Parton fan and wanted to see Dolly sing.

She had no clue what a Whorehouse was

Mom was so tramautized it took her about 30 years until she saw another movie in the theaters.

Their gasps, "Oh My!" and "Heavens!" were very audible until they had enough and they got up and left.

well the first scenes in the movie include jason biggs pleasuring himself while watching lesbian porn, then his wife in the series allyson hanagan pleasuring herself in the bathtub with the shower head.....if you've seen any of the "American Pie" series of movies, they get very, very crude right off the bat. It all sex jokes and sex related, not just teen pranks or whatever. Luckily they left right before the showed jason biggs shlong.....she probably would have committed suicide had she seen that.

It was sad cause she kept acting like she wasn't paying attention and looking at her phone and just sinking farther and farther down in her seat with a very angry look on her face. The parents were laughing a little bit but also trying not to look at the screen, like you knew they were embarrassed by it. Oh, sad. I've got 2 little girls now so I'm thinking more and more like a parent, and geez....I could never imagine taking my kid to anything like that. I couldn't even watch that with my parents now and I'm in my mid 30's.

Really, they should have at least known a little bit about the franchise, enough to know that is wasn't something you want to see as a family. Maybe kids were talking about it at school, so the daughter was the one who wanted to go. Who knows, but ouch.

Yeah you don't want to take kids to a movie that features an anal rape scene and a graphic torture scene unless you want to scar them for life.
