He was so talented and could date any girl in the high school. I wanted to be him.

I miss him. He died in the early 1980s from AIDS.

4. showed 15 yr yesterday, he loved it. said something tonight at dinner, so put on table and hubby

and 17 yr old watched. they LOVED it. lol. so very cute. then oldest says, now i am insecure. i asked why, thinking dancing. he says, it is ALL true. the gay guys in school always have the girls around. his gf tells him gay guys are the funnest. no pressure, no nothing, just fun.

5. I never understood why straight men were so threatened by gay men

I'm a straight man myself & I don't understand why straight men are so threatened by gay men.
If a gay man comes on to you, then just say "I don't play on that team" & leave it at that.
If you're straight you're straight. Nothing a gay man does should be able to change you from straight to gay.

The more gay men out there, the higher your chances for straight women to choose for you.
They'll have less options for a sexual partner so it only works in your favor.
Think like roosters. You want LESS competition not more.

If there's ANYBODY a straight man should be threatened by it's gay WOMEN—lesbians.
They take the girls giving you less to choose from.
That would be a more logical prejudice.

I think the thought that homosexuality is contagious underpins a lot of this paranoia.
It's very irrational & that's why I decided not to follow in those paranoid footsteps on gay rights issues.
Gays were here in the past, gays are here now in the present, & gays will be here in the future.
The world won't end if a few gay folks exist.
Let's move on to real issues & recognize the rights of gays to have the same rights as straights.
