(7,875 posts)The fact that it's a revelation for so many people attests to the job the government and the corporate media have done in keeping us distracted with other stuff. I also understand that Afghanistan has a vast untapped supply of natural gas (Did you say natural gas? Conquered, uneducated population? No environmental regulation? A bunch of energy company CEOs just came in their pants.)
