Imagine earning $48,082 per 8-hour day or over $12 million per year.

The median US income in 2014 was $51,939 for the entire year.

I'm all for rewarding hard work and creativity, but that difference is ridiculous. It makes the idea of rewarding hard work and creativity into a cruel joke. Because no CEO works that much harder or is that much more creative than the average working person. That's impossible.

The CEO may be better at grabbing what he wants, but that's about it.
