TYT: Media Edits Out Key Bernie Sanders Rant

Bernie Sanders got a lot of credit from young people for pointing out real issues that are important to average Americans. MSNBC edited out a key portion of his speech critical of the media, Citizens United, inequality, and oligarchy. Ana Kasparian (The Point), John Iadarola (Think Tank), and Margaret Howell (Lip TV), hosts of the The Young Turks, break it down. Tell us what you think in the comment section below.

"Playing clips from the debate, CNN and other networks focused almost exclusively on the political impact of Sanders expressing solidarity with Clinton about her damn emails — while editing out his comment about the failures of the media to talk about the biggest issues facing America.”*

Why don't you bother elaborating on your "line" with some substantial feed back that actually responds to the OP with originality once in a while ?

Your constant copy pasting of the same thing makes you look disingenuous, and uninformed.

P.S. Yes, it has reached the point of being spam and causes people to think poorly of your mental capacity.

you can't accept some constructive criticism and evolve a little bit, but what can one expect when the user name is 'cantbeserious'.

That's why it is up to us to get the word out, to get people to Sanders' website, to talk to people about his positions.

George Orwell? The argument for oligarchy is and has always been that the people are to stupid and uninformed to govern themselves. American MSM seems determined to prove it.

that someone ALWAYS jumps in an starts an argument or totally sidetracks it so that the initial discussion is lost. The news media needs to be called out on the selective editing. I don't worry about Fox that much. If Foxnews says anything positive about Bernie then that is news. But MSNBC needs to be called out. They try to lead people that are low knowledge and might vote Democratic away.

Good article. Thank you.

Well, we always said that the revolution will not be televised. The networks, broadcast and cable, are part of the oligarchy. They are part of the decadent aristocracy that needs to be removed from power, the sooner the better.

If you are getting your news from the MSM (by which I have never included FoxNews), then you are as misinformed as you would be watching FoxNews.

Kill your television set. Block ads on the internet. I'm mad as hell, and I'm not not going to take the oligarchs' fucking bullshit any more.

Who stands for the primacy of humanity over artificial persons? Who believes that life on a sustainable planet is more important than corporate profits? Stand up for the common people over the pretentious elites. We can run the world better than they can.

If this is socialism, let us make the most of it.
