Hartmann knows full well that it's not "hawks" that oppose the horrible governments in Russia and Iran, but the civilized world in general. So is Hartmann just shilling when he speaks this way? I refuse to believe he's naive. But that means he's saying what the Kremlin wants him to say--and after all, the Kremlin provides his paycheck (and everyone on RT).
