Hire the very best lawyer you can afford and take Fullerton to court ASAP. Massive $$$ damages is the way to slow if not stop this insane "lynching".

that it is their job to administer punishment.

It is never the job of law enforcement to administer punishment.

First there must be a determination of guilt which is to be decided by a court of law. And even then, after the sentence is determined, cops are still removed from administering punishment.

And punishment never includes beating and tasing.

These cops were criminal in their behavior.
