Still, I feel that violence could be the correct answer. Not crippling violence just temporary pain, approved by a jury, might in some cases not be so awful (in spite of my suspicion I might have earned a few strips myself in the past).

a momentary fleeting thing, this anger at this tiny abuse of power. What I truly wish is for my half of the species (the adults) to act as they would like to be acted on.

I feel so much better now.

Not being an ass (to you).... it's all the fat pigs fault.

She's built, but that doesn't mean she was selling her ass on the strip, or offering her ass to the cop for something he never did for her. We don't know who she is, where she came from, what she's done to take care of that kid, or what she's gone through. Sorry, but I'm not a huge fan of Social Services, either. Seen too many cases where they did far more damage than good.

As a guy with sisters and nieces, fuck that fat fucker to hell, and everyone who enabled him.

If ANYONE could have put a stop to all that and at least paused to figure out the facts it was her, and she refused to even look, to even be a witness to what happened.

WTF? It just made me really sad to see that this is the kind of thing that happens at FAMILY court. The judge was there, watched the whole thing turn into a horrible mess, and didn't do ANYTHING. Didn't speak a word, nothing. As far as I'm concerned she deserves to lose her job too.

Or a family advocate? Here, in Rock county Wisconsin, we have a commissioner (the one I'm familiar with is an experienced lawyer but not a judge) who has different powers than a judge.

If she had legal power but chose not to act, she is culpable.

In Vegas, we KNOW they have metal detectors don't they? And then the scum calls for a female to haul her off to jail. And that "judge" should be thrown off the bench and thrown in jail. The county may need the assault victim as a witness when the scum tries to sue.

She was already in the courthouse. What a joke. You don't get searched when you are leaving. That marshall just wanted to feel her up.

Throw him and that spineless judge in jail instead of her.

sexual assault, false imprisonment (essentially kidnapping) of the mother and child, child abuse – all under color of law.

The woman clearly did nothing wrong, so even if you couldn't prove the sexual assault, the other charges still stand.
