|
But seeing this screen shot posted here, I also really fear for the people in the building.

12. they already would have been at a pretty low altitude
|
in either the landing or takeoff phase, so not much of a margin to do anything

One whole set of apts has burned to the ground, another is still on fire. One pilot ejected at last moment, and landed in apt complex |

How much more damage should an airliner cause, say, to a building like the Pentagon?

There's an entire group for 9/11 discussion. This thread is about a nasty crash of a military plane. It has absolutely zero to do with 9/11. A thread hijack of the highest order.

Coming close to rooftops, going ever faster---would not surprise me if this "mechanical malfunction" was pilot error in fact.

|
the internets.
My stream from CNN has no audio, no idea why, so I'm watching WAVY TV (WAVY.com). I have often found that when something happens somewhere, finding a local TV station that has gone to live streaming (which most of them don't seem to do all the time, but I certainly haven't checked out all TV stations out there. Last year when the shooting in Tucson happened, I started watching one of the Tucson station. When the east coast earthquake happened I watched one of the DC area station. I love the internets. |
