Unarmed teen Michael Brown was fatally shot by officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, Missouri, on Aug. 9, but the circumstances leading up to his death remain unclear. Though Ferguson police have said that Wilson's face was injured in an altercation with Brown moments before the shooting, Wilson has yet to come forward and speak publicly.
On Tuesday, Chicago firefighter Kevin O'Grady shared a Facebook photo he claimed showed a injured Wilson in the hospital after the incident. As it turned out, the man pictured is not Darren Wilson, but that didn't stop the image from going viral.

(11,841 posts)Was the cop injured? How was he injured? Was he NOT injured? Why cant we know this? It doesnt hinder ANY investigation, IMO, to tell the damn story. NOT telling it just lets rumors grow and fester. Idiots

The firefighter alleged that O'Grady and Sampson would blow cigar smoke at him and once threw a water balloon at him while he was watching television.
O'Grady and Stirn, a supervisor, also "were dancing around me like Indians, calling themselves wild Indians," the firefighter says in the complaint.

(32,714 posts)never talk to the cops. You have the right to remain silent, so use it. If the cops don't have your side of the story, they have nothing to go on until they hear it at trial. Then it is too late to build a case against what ever you claim then. It almost always works. Pay attention.
