There's that name again. McCain. Popping up everywhere like a bad case of warts. You'd think he was the Secretary of State or something. Maybe he could bring PNAC Robert Kagan along and they could pop into Crimea along with Kagan's wife, the Assistant "Fuck the EU" Secretary of State, Victoria Nuland, and hand out doughnuts or something.

(10,575 posts)Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) on Friday lamented the lack of a military option for the United States in Ukraine against Russia and criticized President Obama for thinking the Cold War is over.
During a segment on MSNBC, McCain said that the Obama administration doest understand Russian President Vladimir Putin. They have been near delusional in thinking that the Cold War was over, McCain said referring to Obama officials. Maybe the president thinks the Cold War is over but Vladimir Putin doesnt and thats what this is all about.
Later in the interview, when host Andrea Mitchell asked if there is a military option for the U.S. in Ukraine, the Arizona Republican sounded despondent. Id love to tell you that there is Andrea, but frankly I do not see it, he said, adding, I wish that there were. I do not see a military option and its tragic.

(35,568 posts)If ever a time Obama needs the antiwar Left that put him in office, it's now while the neocons, neolibs and that runaway wreck of a Nuland State Department are pushing him to "get tough". They didn't like it one bit when he snuck in a few minutes with Putin, away from all those assholesl, at the G20 and they hammered out an understanding. It's time to get all these clowns off the airwaves and out of the way because they want to escalate this. The tragedy is them.
Thanks for this awful clip.
