Remember when Rep. King was trying to "defend" his stance on dog fighting (you know that there shouldn't be a federal law against it)?

Part of his defense, as unbelievable as it maybe, had to do with the scenario of a 13yr old girl getting raped, being kidnapped, driven across state lines and forced to get an abortion to hide the evidence of the rape!
