Man Arrested in Parking Lot Shooting at Texas Mall
ODESSA, Texas August 19, 2012 (AP)

Authorities say a 24-year-old man has been arrested after a shooting in a Texas mall parking lot left one person dead and two injured.

Police in Odessa say Braushlyon Richardson turned himself in Saturday at their West Texas department. They say Richardson is charged with murder in an arrest warrant. He was booked into an Ector County jail, and an official there said an attorney had not yet been listed for him.

Police say no other suspects are being sought.

Officers were heading to the Music City Mall early Saturday after receiving reports about people refusing to leave a bar and grill. Then, several 911 calls came in about shots being fired in the mall parking lot.

Police say 23-year-old shooting victim Pablo Jimenez died at a hospital.

I once, in earlier years, watched two patrons argue over who was the better musician, Ludwig Van Beethoven or Hank Williams Jr. It became heated and eventually got violent, but fortunately, there were no guns involved and the bouncers were sober and made short work of both of them.

Of course it is Ludwig Van Beethoven, who is the best muscician - Even though Hank Williams jr was/is a good musician on his own merits - old Beethoven is far better than Hank...

He's been riding his daddy's coat tails for almost 50 years and he never would have made it in music if he were anybody else.

True - he have really shown his colour so to speak, and have more or less lived on his old fathers work for many, many years...

And then we have good old Beethoven, who by the standards of the mid 1770s, and up to the early 1800s (he was a old man when he died in 1827), was some of a troublemaker, and also a man who, by the standards was rather radical - and supported both the French Revolutions - and Napoleon - to he was so stupid to crown himself to the Emperor of France... Then Beethoven almost ruined one of his best symphonies by trowing it in the faireplace... He was mad as hell, as he had made a whole symphony to his honour...

I like Beethoven, he have a spark in his music, who I suspect come from his own personal strifes... So much sadness - so much anger - so much kindness and fun...
