Trump event at UCCS stirs controversy

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump will speak at 2 p.m. Friday at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs' Gallogly Event Center.
Not everyone is happy about it.
In a letter released to the public, Chancellor Pam Shockley- Zalaback noted that, "Many faculty, staff, and students have expressed disappointment and anger at Mr. Trump's appearance on our campus."

My Alma Mater. Good for the faculty. The school has to host him, unfortunately, bit at least the staff isn't letting it happen without comment.

(659 posts)but it's actually more Cruz conservative than Trump. However, cons out here hate Hillary so much, it really doesn't matter who they nominate, they'll win. Thus we end up with Klingenschmitt, Betty Beedy, Lamborn, etc.
