Water Guns Banned, Handguns Allowed at GOP Convention

Source: ABC News

Snip < In the politically-charged and likely protest-filled streets of Tampa, Fla., during the Republican National Convention in August, water guns will be strictly prohibited. Concealed handguns, on the other hand, will be perfectly legal.

Snip < Tampa officials are expecting thousands of protesters to descend on the Florida metropolis for the GOP convention. While no handguns will be allowed inside the convention, which is being protected by the Secret Service, concealed carry license-holders will be able to carry their weapons in the streets surrounding the convention.

Bet they are planning to make sure that if the 99% dare to come near them,, they will be ready to take them on.

This is not going to be pretty folks.

Isn't there some law about not carrying weapons in a public place or did I miss something?

by a CC licensed/permitted person within a one mile radius of the convention.

Criminal act - brandishing, assault DW, unlawful discharge, murder.

Word of caution about gambling:

Las Vegas casinos make money because the odds are in their favor, do some research on the # crimes committed by CC permit holders before you make the bet.

I do, however, expect to see a line of Republican douchebags strapped with huge guns completely surrounding the Tampa convention center, keeping the lib'ruls and traitors and commie socialists and Obama lovers away from all the peaceful, patriotic Americans inside.

And it'll work too--any self respecting lib'rul traitor commie socialist Obama lover who lives in Tampa will rent his house to a Repuke for $5000 the week of the convention and go on vacation.
