Yvette Clarke, New York Rep., Notifies Police After Video Of Her Surfaces On Breitbart, Beck Sites
Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-N.Y.) notified the Capitol Police Thursday after receiving threatening phone calls, after a video of her appearing to criticize the Tea Party was posted on several conservative websites, according to a release from her office.

The video was first posted to Breitbart TV, created by the late conservative commentator Andrew Breitbart, and then picked up by Glenn Beck's website, The Blaze.

The video shows Clarke speaking at a candidate forum organized by Prospect Heights Democrats for Reform.

"When I say dealing with the Tea Party, they came up in the hundreds of thousands. So we couldn’t walk outside of our office without tripping over Tea Party members. And these are individuals that had no problems with racial epithets, they had no problem with cursing, spitting and everything else, they came to intimidate members out of passing the Affordable Care Act," says Clarke in the video.

1. Funny. Should "Baring false witness" have a pass with the RW?

2. Headline gives impression Clarke called police simply over the videos being posted.

Bad, bad journalism...title misses the point that she had gotten threats over the phone. I found that video embedded on the website of some contalk show in Houston. The Tea Party reaction to being called racist is like Muslims seeing a cartoon of Muhammad. Only shows they are ok with those signs taking about Kenya and primates.

5. The Teabagnuts were the big losers in the Republic primaries.

They got nothing. Santorum boxed them out. Every guy they backed failed to go anywhere. Newt only made a run, such as it was, because he had serious billionaire dollars to keep him going. The Veep slot will go to the fundy-right, not the bagnut hard right or the paulites. It will be Establishment Rmoney + Fundy Consort, teabagnuts and liberloons can go pound sand.
