Let's look at the Libertarian ticket, shall we?

Seems like a lot of "conservative" voters don't like Romney because, well I'm not sure why. Anyway, they really need someone to vote for.

So they need to start looking into the Libertarian ticket, if you ask me. There is an actual legit politician at the top this year.

Gary Johnson, two-term governor of New Mexico, is the Presidential candidate. He was formerly a Republican. The VP candidate is a California judge who is an anti-drug law crusader, Jim Gray.

I, of course, would never vote for a school voucher-pushing, Medicaid-privatizing, private prison-building Libertarian. But I think it would be fair for democracy if he was on the ballot in all of the states and all of the "conservatives" knew about him, right?

As usual, the Libertarian Party will get well under 1% of votes in the Presidential race. It doesn't matter. Not even a little.

If it weren't for two major obstacles (the Lunatarian platform and a memory of the 2000 Nader debacle) I might be tempted to vote for him. I think he'll take away some from both parties, hopefully much more from Romney.

That was kind of my point. One of the "conservative" guys in my office was just talking about Johnson and how he had no idea he was on the Libertarian ticket until yesterday, and that he's now voting Libertarian.

So......
