Secondly, no one has any business whatsoever doubting your active involvement at Bain Capitol. After all, you were CEO; who better can know? If you said you left in 1999, you left in 1999. Period. End of story. Stare right at the interviewer and refuse to answer!

America admires firmness and resolve. They may elect you solely for your staunch refusal!

Think of John Wayne! Spit in their soup and call for crackers.

The American pubic will especially love it if you blame the left-coast media and socialist politicians who want to get their hands on everything to destroy capitalism.

So stand them off. Laugh at them. Tell them you've nothing to hide and stick by it.

If worst comes to worst and they don't drop the matters, release your vice presidential choice. If that doesn't get them off your trail, list your cabinet! If they are still bugging you, change your vice presidential choice. Make a treaty with Iran! Warn China! Declare a future war on Boliva!

But whatever you do, never, never, never give in!
