Nobody in his "right mind" would question the honor of a U.S. Army Vet who lost her legs in combat.
Yet, Joe Walsh, who IS a chicken hawk, has.
Joe Walsh IS a coward.

(14,177 posts)Some cowards have redeeming qualities. I can't think of any off hand, but I would rather be friends with a coward. I know I might not be able to count on them. But, if they are funny smart and a pacifist or something like that which helps me to understand why they might appear to be a coward, then alright. But, Joe Walsh is a dead beat dad, that means he turned his back on his kids and his obligation to his ex wife to help her with the expenses of raising children. If he could claim poverty I might have some sympathy, but I know a lot of poor men who in spite of not having a lot of money do give the mother of their children money to help support them and they do take part in helping to raise their children. But, Joe Walsh nah he passes then makes excuses then demonizes the mother of his children. This guy should be in jail for this, but instead he holds a public office. Cowards not so much, it isn't illegal and it might not even be immoral to be a coward.

(42,770 posts)This is what makes him and others like him a spineless mountain of jello.
If he had a speck of decency left in him he would concede the race to Tammy
to show his remorse for having acted so disgustingly toward her and all
other veterans; KIA, combat wounded or otherwise.

(10,751 posts)...he claims to be for "personal responsibility", but we all know by now that he's a deadbeat dad. He claims to be "fiscally responsible", yet his own finances are in shambles. If he can't even manage his own finances, how in the heck can he claim any special knowledge of how to manage the country's finances?
His strengths (so-called) can be attacked too, and they should be.

(31,706 posts)Tammy Duckworth is cleaning his clock in the 8th. I've met rushpublicans in the area who probably won't vote for President Obama but will for Tammy...even they're embarassed by this scumbag.
Tammy made a lot of news over the weekend when the REAL Joe Walsh played a fundraiser for her:

With all the PR the concert got (all the Chicago TV news departments were there) scumbag Walsh needed to make some kind of noise like a petchulant child needing attention.
Walsh isn't a chickenhawk...he's a true chickenshit! My family and I will delight when we vote against this oxygen thief and he loses in a landslide!
