Listened to Lawrence show about ACA

decision, what Chief Roberts did when, writing of decision/dissent.

I expect sh*t to fly at SC, may have begun. (Tho justices probably pretty tired now.) I'm SURE Justices Ginsburg and Breyer, and probably Justice Roberts, are pissed about 'leaks.'

and eventually History Channel specials about "The Passing Of The Affordable Care Act".


This really is history in the making and will someday be studied the same way we study the Civil Rights / Vietnam Era now.

3. I didn't see the show but believe the leak is another example of Roberts' weakness as Chief Justice

I don't have teevee so I can't comment specifically on Lawrence's show but the leak indicates to me that he has let the court become pretty damn unprofessional. Its another slam on his leadership. I presume the infighting was so extraordinary because the court has been allowed to become so partisan - Roberts is to blame.

and concerned largely because Feds will have to pay AND consequently come up w $$$, which will have to be approved by Congress.

Some think States wouldn't DARE to say 'no,' would have to face their constituents, but I'm not sure.
