Will the ACA building boom accelerate now?

Ever since the ACA passed, the health care industry has been on a bit of a building boom here, north of Denver. They've been building new clinics on every corner it seems. I used to joke that when Bush the Idiot became president, they built new churches on every corner. In retrospect, that was good because with Idiot Boy in Chief, we needed all the prayers we could get. Now with Obama, people will get the healthcare they've been clamoring for. With Obama--we want to live!

2. i'm in comm real estate

in florida - in marketing. we've been ramping up our healthcare services, while the execs have had their blessed little republican heads in the sand. we've got a ton of land coming on the market around hospital centers and we're also repping hospitals that are buying land. lots of land. they're buying for building immediately, and buying to hold.

no spec building yet, but i expect to see this ramp up in the next couple of months.
