Fast and Furious...
The last bumbling scandal of the Bush presidency... maybe. Let us remember that it was the Bizarro World of the Bush presidency that gave birth to this program. Why isn't he being asked to come before congress? I guess Dick Cheney is too busy to hold his hand through his testimony. We shoulda gone after this band of comic book criminals when we had the chance in 2007.

2. Didn't Wide Receiver end in 2007?
|
While I agree this is an issue that needs to be addressed, it in no way excuses people in Obama's administration from starting it back up in 2009.

3. But who were these "people in Obama's administration"?
|
Was the Arizona federal attorney a Bush holdover or an Obama appointment?
Obama made the mistake of retaining so many Bush federal attorneys. |

4. Which puts him at fault
|
If you choose to retain prior appointments, you are now taking responsibility for their actions. It was a dumb ass move and this whole thing makes me nervous.
Clearly, the best answer is to address it, deal with it and put it behind you. Stone-walling carries a price with it. The only way you should stone-wall is if the alternative is worse, which is why I am nervous. |

5. Apparently a Fortune magazine article debunks the whole "scandal."
|
Yet another "scandal" proving only one thing -- the idiocy of the Republicans.
