this case? I believe the SCOTUS will refuse to hear the case. Why should they? It's a temporary measure on both sides.

(50,382 posts)They keep talking about a law Congress passed that gives the POTUS broad powers re immigration. I get that. But even if a law has been passed, it doesn't automatically mean it's Constitutional. I'm not an attorney - obviously - but doesn't the Constitution take precedence over everything else? Joey Scar kept saying Scalia would vote in Trump's favor in a heartbeat, but if he was the "originalist" they claim he was, wouldn't he side with the founding document?
