...so it's doubtful troop was killed during the tweet, but this is well within the timeline for the actual unfolding op (warplanes spotted in the sky at 9pm Yemen time), 11 hrs ahead of us.

I don't think it's worth arguing the point. Clearly Trump was focusing that morning on composing tweets about the NYT, instead of the raid.
