It's obviously not a real ticket to the Inaugural, not even for the cheap seats, such that you could "get" one and then fail to show up to make it look like the place was empty. These are commemorative tickets and will be used by Trump to tweet that "X number of people asked for tickets to my ceremony but we were already at capacity because my presidency is so popular!"
