(65,337 posts)This cartoon is still suggesting that a democrat should support Hillary, even if Bernie was their preference.
I think the preponderance of Sanders' supporters are of that mind.
RussBLib
(9,055 posts)and that sentiment goes down fine in the General Forums. I don't even remember the exact wording of the post they removed and banned me for in the Sanders group, but I think it was along those lines. And I guess it doesn't matter I was a Bernie backer right out of the gate, but things have changed.

(9,055 posts)I must have missed something in that latest round of rules changes. I thought I read them all, but maybe not.
and my reference to "mods" should have read "hosts", which shows another blind spot of mine: I assumed that a Host of one of these "Main" forums could also delete a post, like they can do in a "Group". I guess they cannot.

Group hosts can delete any post and block the poster; the groups are pretty much fiefdoms for like-minded people.

(5,275 posts)He and a good deal of his supporters are a dangerous combination of stupid and crazy.
Sam Bee sent three of her staffers to wander the convention hall and talk to Trump lovers. OMG dumber than a mud fence, it would be funny but it's more alarming at this juncture.
We had 8 years of Bush and the damage he caused reverberates today and into the foreseeable future. But this feels different and infinitely more threatening for all of us.
