Cnn’s Poll: Trump has overall lead!

Just fucking amazing what a dumbed down country we live in..
There is reason to be frightened by this, even though it has nothing to do with Swing State Polling..
But is just so fucking frightening.

We will win the election people, but we all must vigilant and active for the next few months to make sure that this goon is squashed permanently.

you can not win if you pretend the negatives don't exist. I don't think Clinton can win by saying she is not Trump, She needs to gain positives and show why people should vote for her, . I don't think saying she is the most experienced is a good tact either or dwelling in the past - people win by looking to the future, she needs to stress what she will do, accomplish in the future. Pragmatism, is a flat issue, talk about solving specific problems. Jobs is a real issue, I know a lot of under employed people. Drug prices is a real issue. go for things like that. I am not thrilled for the way it is being handled. Being the adult in the room is good for deep thinkers, most people react generally to what you are going to do though. I think the advertisements are on a different plane then people react to. the infamous disconnect.

Trump has maybe 15% approval with minorities of all types and with women. He has maybe 30% with college educated white males. The only group he leads with, by a small margin, is low education white men. There aren't that many uneducated white males in the demographic. Who the hell are they talking to?

This campaign season was dominated by insurgent candidacies. The Democratic side managed to keep theirs in a bottle with super delegates and lots of DWS-style 'thumb on the scale'ing, but the GOP couldn't do the same.

We now have an insurgent candidate running against the consummate establishment candidate, and that scale thumbing is right out in full display. And the Hillary campaign is so tone deaf, they've amplified it all by HIRING Wasserman-Schultz.

Gosh, no candidate in the entire history of the United States has ever experienced a bump in the polls after his party's convention! This unprecedented and wholly unforeseeable once-in-a-lifetime occurrence deserves all of our attention and obsession. We're doooooooomed!

If you're a person who's been watching polls over several Presidential elections, you should have expected this. It's known as the "Convention Bounce," and EVERY candidate gets one, for as long as I've been actively involved in elections. No matter how bad or unpopular a candidate is, literally EVERY candidate gets a bounce in the polls immediately after his convention.

The thing about the Convention Bounce is that it never lasts long. In fact, at this time next week, Drumpf's convention bounce will be completely gone, because Hillary's convention bounce will have overtaken it. And about a month from now, the polls will have settled back down into normal.

I knew all along Drumpf would get a convention bounce, and I knew all along that it would probably show him with a small lead this week. I also figured the media would jump all over it and declare him the presumptive winner before Hillary even had a chance to HAVE her convention. What's more, when Hillary's convention bounce erases Drumpf's lead next week, I predict the media will be basically silent on the issue. But here's the fact of the matter. If we do all that we're able to do and basically just don't fall asleep at the wheel, Hillary will win in a walk. Drumpf can't win. He doesn't have the votes. He's polling worse in EVERY demographic than Romney, and Romney got his ass kicked. You can't win when you ONLY win the scared old white men vote.

Don't fall for the convention bounce. It's as predictable as the tides. Check with me next week and tell me I'm wrong.
