Clinton shifting staff to general election swing states

Hillary Clinton’s campaign is redeploying its army of primary election staff to traditional general election battleground states in preparation for a campaign against Republican Donald Trump, according to a senior campaign official.

The initial deployment is likely to hit states that have swung between Republicans and Democrats in recent cycles, according to the official, such as Ohio and Florida.

Additionally, with the billionaire businessman looking increasingly likely to be the GOP nominee, the Clinton campaign sees an opportunity to expand beyond this map, said the official, who wasn't authorized to discuss internal plans and wouldn't specify which new battleground states the campaign might initially target.

Reportedly she is expecting at this point to be running against Trump. Her campaign has been busy identifying everything the GOP candidates did wrong. Apparently it's generally agreed that #1 was not taking him seriously.

Now that we see more and more conservatives across the nation prepared to support a man no responsible citizen would vote for, I'm guessing taking the threat that the GOP will try very hard to elect this dangerously dysfunctional and amoral idiot extremely seriously is #s 1, 2 and 3 on their list.

Simple truth, RedStateBlues. The key word, of course, is "liberal." She was on the left of the very large liberal voting block. And of course Bernie was proud not to be a liberal and not to be a member of that block. He did vote exactly the same as Hillary Clinton 93% of the time, but that's because of the large overlap in their ideologies, or whatever.

We have a good chance of replacing our horrible Republican governor and senator with Democrats.

We have a Neanderthal Republican running for attorney general.

The Republicans are destroying my state. We need help from the national Democratic races.
