I don't know if Obama will get the opportunity to make a pick, but we could potentially get a stronger nominee next year with a Democratic Senate.

Age is an extremely significant factor. Do you want President Obama's nominee to sit on the court for 30 years, the same as Scalia did? If so the nominee has to be considerably younger than Biden.
