"Chipotle is a victim of corporate sabotage.. " - Retaliation for anti-GMO menu.

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by Ptah (a host of the General Discussion forum).

I've been thinking this for awhile now, it's all too coincidental.

(NaturalNews) After observing recent events involving Chipotle and e.coli, here's my analysis of the situation: Chipotle's e.coli outbreaks are not random chance. They are the result of the biotech industry unleashing bioterrorism attacks against the only fast food company that has publicly denounced GMOs.

How do we know? The CDC has already admitted that some of these e.coli outbreaks involve a "rare genetic strain" of e.coli not normally seen in foods. Furthermore, we also know the track record of the biotech industry engaging in the most criminal, dirty, sleazebag tactics imaginable against any person or company that speaks out against GMOs.

Doctor Oz, for example, was maliciously targeted in a defamation campaign funded by the biotech industry earlier this year. The onslaught against Oz was initiated because he publicly expressed his support for honest GMO labeling on foods.

As the attacks escalated, Doctor Oz had his own team investigated the source of the attacks and found they were all biotech industry shills, some with felony criminal records and long histories of dubious propaganda activities targeting anti-GMO activists.

There have to be some real evidence that was what happened and that was their motive - if a rational person is expected to believe this.

Reading the article it is clearly written by someone who is simply not very bright and completely lacking in any critical faculties whatsoever. It is embarrassing.

From RationalWiki:

NaturalNews

NaturalNews.com (formerly Newstarget) is an anti-science conspiracy website founded by Mike Adams (self-labeled "The Health Ranger&quot which promotes numerous alternative medicines and assorted woo.[2] Even other quacks think it's a quack site.[3]

The site particularly specializes in vaccine denialism and woo,[4] AIDS/HIV denialism,[5] quack cancer treatments,[6] and conspiracy theories about "Big Pharma"[7] and modern medicine in toto.

Furthermore, Adams supports quantum woo, specifically quantum healing[8] and quantum consciousness.[9] NaturalNews advances a hard green position, even though the site also promotes global warming denialism.[10] To top it off, Adams promotes conspiracy theories about gun control.[11]

If you cite NaturalNews on any matter whatsoever, you are almost certainly wrong.

...

Birtherism

In 2011, NaturalNews embraced birtherism, asserting that Barack Obama's birth certificate was fake:[88]

… it's so fake that the whole thing has become an IQ test for figuring out how many people can be so easily fooled by a fake… If I turned in a document like this as part of an effort to get a home loan, for example, and I assembled it layer by layer with obvious cutting and pasting of numbers from multiple sources in order to fake my reported income levels, I would be guilty of a felony crime. At the very least, I would be laughed out of the room. "Are you kidding me? This is your best attempt at falsifying an income statement?" they would say. Even a high school kid with a scanner and Photoshop knows how to make a more convincing forgery than this.

...

Other woo

As well as Sandy Hook, Adams has also issued his informed opinion of the 2012 Aurora, Colorado shootings, declaring that they were "obviously" staged, or perhaps that the killer, James Holmes, was involved in "experimental" neuroscience that got out of hand.[81] Furthermore, he says the 2013 attacks on the Boston Marathon were a false flag operation by "private military contractors."[82]

In 2014 Adams wrote several articles where he tried to prove that the Malaysian airplane disaster in March 2014 was a government cover-up, and that the plane was secretly made into a "stealth weapon", possibly carrying nuclear weapons. He also stated that he believed that the people behind the cover-up could go as far as "secretly sink some aircraft debris in the Indian Ocean so they can "find it"." Even though he believes the passengers might have survived he states that "world governments are rolling out their 'official' stories, there is no question in my mind that they will do anything to support those official stories, even if it means discarding the lives of all the passengers."[83]

http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/NaturalNews

I wish people would vet their sources before posting articles, every click on that link puts money in Adams' pocket.
