carson says no signers of declaration of independence ever became president? a friend told

me about this today. this one I had not yet heard. has he, in fact, made THIS stupid statement?

Well, he's close, I think. The difference between zero and two is... um... TWO! Thomas Jefferson and John Adams, of course. There was a Benjamin Harrison, but it was his grandson who became president, not him.
