It appears to be the same as the one that the WaPo has on its website discussing the size of the original crowd. https://www.washingtonpost.com/apps/g/page/national/just-how-many-people-were-at-the-million-man-march-in-1995/1841/

On edit, I'm referring to the one in the OP. Maybe I'm confusing the pictures.
