WTF??? I can't believe that they are so over the edge about HRC's comments yet Trump and all the rest of the GOP can say whatever they want about her and the Dems and blacks and Mexicans and anyone else. I wish I hadn't heard Morning Joe on this spoiled my day. My spouse keeps turning it on while I am dressing.
And for the record, HRC was talking about the attitude of the GOP toward women...Joe and the rest of the FOX gang on MSNBC are accusing of her of comparing 50% of the American population to Islamic Terrorist. WTF!! Now the media belongs totally to the RW. There is no outlet for us. This is now going to be the latest attack against HRC.

(63,912 posts)Huckabee wanting to end the exception for rape, incest and life of the woman is no less extreme than ISIS using rape as an instrument of war. David Brooks refers to the theologically condoned rapes committed by ISIS.
Sam Stein tried to get a word in edgewise about the legitimate issue of funding for Planned Parenthood. He made it only so far before Joe starting ranting again and Mika murmured so more. She's worse when Joe's there.

The dead intern in Joe's locked office was named Lori Klausutis,
and she died from a blow to the back of her head.
This happened in the Florida Panhandle (FT Walton),
and there are STILL many unanswered questions including the competency of the coroner who immediately listed the cause of death as a "accident".

(332 posts)The people who agree with Scarborough are not watching; theyre over at Fox.
The show is geared for moderates and liberals to listen and eventually be outraged!
Morning Joe's ratings don't warrant the number of post he gets here (DU) and at Huffington (who cares!).
Don't take the bait; don't tune in to see what asinine thing he has said; don't post them here! You may not believe this but, you are his target audience!
Start a new morning tradition; read the paper, listen to NPR, etc. The faster you do this, the quicker he will be gone!
Stop watching and posting about it; when ratings force its cancellation maybe you will get something worth watching!

Yet they espouse out of date, out of touch policies. They are dead wrong for 21st century America. We are going forward, we are not going back."
Ridiculous "outrage" from Joe and company on this.

(12,165 posts)When you limit what you say, when you do say something people pay more attention.
Barack Obama knows this. He is consistent with his messages. When he wants to introduce a new idea, he does it with strategy and intent.
The GOP echo chamber is going to distort anything that Hillary, Bernie, O'Malley, Biden, etc. say. I'm not worried about the right wing's media feeds.
When the GOP talks about women, they always seem to overreach and race to the bottom. They have done it in the past, and will do it again.
So let them get worked up in a lather. We need the soundbites from the GOP nominees as they try to out do each other to be the most anti-women candidate in the field. They are going to get uglier and uglier with what they say and do.
Right now the GOP faithful are paying the most attention. It is up to the democratic campaigns to introduce what the GOP is saying to the broader electorate when campaigns get into full swing.
