I hope the story engages the majority of the country and isn't instead "just" a polemic. That way we all win as everyone with something thoughtful to contribute might be inspired to become engaged in a fresh round of discussion, from a new perspective, and with early misconceptions now behind us.

Pretty good cast - and I usually enjoy anything with Tom Wilkinson.

Clint Eastwood's son, Scott Eastwood, was one I was surprised at. For the rest, I think Stone is hoping to bridge any reservation the audience might have regarding the controversial topic. These are actors the audience will just listen to.
