Ben Carson’s campaign faces turmoil after staff exits and super PAC chaos

All together now..say...awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

The presidential bid of Ben Carson, a tea party star who has catapulted into the top tier of Republican contenders, has been rocked by turmoil with the departures of four senior campaign officials and widespread disarray among his allied super PACs.

Carson’s associates described a political network in tumult in interviews Friday, saying the retired neurosurgeon’s campaign chairman, national finance chairman, deputy campaign manager and general counsel have all resigned since Carson formally launched his bid last month in Detroit. They have not been replaced, campaign officials said.

The moves gutted the core of Carson’s apparatus and left the 63-year-old first-time candidate with only a handful of experienced aides at his side as he navigates the fluid, crowded and high-stakes contest for the Republican nomination.

But his campaign has been marked by signs of dysfunction and amateurism, alarming friends and supporters who privately worry that Carson’s sprawling circle of associates and boosters is fumbling his opportunity. And, they argue, the candidate has been nonchalant about the unres

They never were serious about Carson as a serious candidate. Now that President Obama's favorable ratings are in the toilet and they have succeeded in making the American people believe that he is responsible for everything from all the madness in the Middle East to the extinction of the dinosaurs, they have no further need for him. Besides, the GOP and the TEA Party have said from the beginning they were going to take back their country. Who here seriously thought that if that were to happen, they would subsequently turn "their" country over to another black man to run.

Ben Carson may know medicine, but he knew nothing about politics, Constitutional Law, and governing a nation, though he tried to fake it as if he did. President Obama at least had a law degree from the top Law School, and had taught Constitutional Law, and had served in the Illinois Senate and the U.S. Senate, so he had some inkling of how governing worked. So my question all along was, should they succeed in getting Carson elected, who was going to be his Dick Cheney, pulling the puppet strings? Who was going to teach him about what should be the U.S. interests in the Middle East, Bibi? Who was going to school him on how long we should remain in the Middle East and how many Aircraft Carriers are enough? McCain?

Not that the tool Carson is no longer needed, the GOP will turn their attention towards trying to finish off Hillary. It won't be the first time they underestimated the Clintons. Go Hillary!!!
