I ripped it down from someone's FB page. Although I do have experience with Baltimore (or at least Baltimore County) syllabi, since I went to grade school there.

9. i'll tell you why

hi - i am the originator of the "syllabus" and I only started it - others have added to it

the reason i left the wire off at first (i loooooove the wire by the way) is that 1. it's kinda like "no shit, we all know that" 2. when we do stuff like this (there was a ferguson syllabus) we have tended to stay away from tv shows/films that aren't documentaries and 3. some folks in my circles are sour on the wire because of some of the depictions in it and because they feel it fetishized the exotic ghetto "other" for white folk to be entertained by... all that said, i think it can be valuable... but no one else seems to have bothered to add it either...
