has just given an interview stating that her husband who was one of the officers in the van believed he was injured before
being placed in the paddy wagon.
Did anyone else saw the interview? frightening if true, but a Prosecutor being interviewed said the case could be complicated
because of all the scenario and evidence being presented.

(34,648 posts)This ought to be very very interesting. So many stories. It's very confusing. I think he was injured before he was put into the van, myself. He looked limp.

(11,461 posts)that all this is doing is making it difficult for the prosecutor to prosecute. Cover up seem to be in the works.

(53,795 posts)Gray in the police van, I felt the "cover up" was being put into play because Gray was injured before any "rough ride" in the van.
They were willing to take the heat for not buckling Gray in the van because they calculated that far less culpability would come from Gray being allegedly injured in the van ride than from the actual beating that happened before the ride.
It's all part of covering up that Gray's spine was severed during the beating. Now they've even put forward a so called "corroborating" witness, the other prisoner in the partitioned van, claiming that Gray was beating his own head on the wall and severed his own spine such horseshit boggles the mind that the cops think that anyone would believe that.
They're trying anything they can to distract from the pre-van ride beating and holding those violent cops accountable.

And holding someone down like that does seem to be a common and accepted police practice.

(53,795 posts)Gray's legs were limp and dragging. The cops were the ones holding him up, his legs were not supporting him.
In one video I saw one of his legs was at an unnatural angle it looked broken to me.
