The "Ye gawds!" story of the day, guy deliberately breaks 3 babies' legs.

His triplets.

MILWAUKEE -

A Milwaukee father is in jail, accused of severely injuring his triplet daughters.

Steven Sommer, 38, is accused of breaking the legs of each of his nearly 3-month old triplet daughters after being frustrated while changing their diapers.

The criminal complaint lists at least ten fractured bones that were likely caused "by a twisting force."

Sommer told investigators that he likely twisted the girls legs five or six times. He told investigators the babies would, "Cry to the point that they would lose their voice as their faces turned red in pain and agony."

The abuse allegedly took place on Milwaukee's south side.

needs of 3 infants with no help. I am sure this was in vitro, anger management issues, lack of sleep and complete life
change. I don't want to defend this person, but is a rational person does this there has to be some explanation.

Frustration and lack of sleep are a bad combination.

I certainly know what Hillary meant by that. My daughter had colic for 9 months. Sometimes I was driven to the point of insanity with her constant screaming. I had no close relatives in the area. My husband worked and was also out of town on business a lot. I had an older neighbor who told me if I ever needed to just "take a break", I could leave my daughter with her. I took her up on that when it got very bad. I would bring the baby to her, and just take a walk for a while to calm myself down. I cannot tell you how much that woman helped me, and my daughter, when I was at my whits end. Young parents need the help and support of others.

this jerk is fortunate enough to have three healthy girls and he tortures them. Hope he never regains custody for their sake.
