The people have spoken! Kirk Cameron’s ‘Saving Christmas’ is IMDB’s worst film of all time

Source: Raw Story

Kirk Cameron’s attempt to help boost audience ratings for his film Saving Christmas has failed yet again.

Not only does the film have a 0 percent approval rating among professional critics on Rotten Tomatoes, it is now the most poorly rated film on the Internet Movie Database, meriting only 1.3 stars out of 10.

In order to appear on the list, a film “must have received at least 1,500 votes,” which means that a significant number of the site’s users felt it to be significantly worse than the Carmen Electra vehicle Disaster Movie (1.9 stars), Mariah Carey’s unwatchable biopic Glitter (2.1 stars), and John Travolta’s ode to Scientology, Battlefield Earth (2.3 stars).

Despite recent stream of credible rape allegations against its star, even Bill Cosby’s disastrous foray into science fiction, Leonard 6, is able to maintain 2.3 stars.

Saving Christmas (2014)

Trivia

Showing all 2 items

Dec 25th originated as the Pagan celebration of the Winter Solstice, known in ancient Rome as the Saturnalia after the traditional rebirth of the Sun as the god Saturn. It was marked by feasting and drinking. In other parts of Europe, it was called Yule and had many of the same traditions.

The date of Christmas was derived from a Roman festival, "the birthday of the unconquered sun" to celebrate the Roman Sun God, celebrated on December 25th.

His sister is actually playing the same joker that Kirk is?

There's only one thing I can do now... either start drinking very hard, or this:

This movie shattered my faith

I was a devout Christian until I watched this movie. I can no longer believe in God because I can't believe that he would allow someone to make this garbage in his name… I am now exploring Satanism. Thank you Kirk Cameron.

But keep in mind that Cameron’s preferred tool of engagement is a prybar, applied to your eyelids with an indelicate hand. Questioning his motive and message seems wise.

Need I remind folks, that Kirk Cameron is the dude who often associates with Banana Man, Ray Comfort.

Witness:

Yup! After that one might consider if Ray -- with Kirk agreeably nodding in the background -- is still talking about a banana.

Well, as Freud might have said, sometimes a banana is just a banana.

And as Groucho might have said, I like a banana, but I take out of my mouth once in a while.

My best regards.
