ho?

after a decade, are we empowered yet?

seems to me that we have merely allowed more to verbally attack, mock, ridicule our rights and our body.

Does anyone think that the re-appropriation of the "N" word by African American rappers has somehow diminished its vile connotations and made those at whom the bigots would direct it, feel "all better and empowered?"

I agree with SB... Those saying they have no problem with being called a "slut" or the "C" word, or any other gender slur are merely ENABLING those who would use them to further diminish women.

If you're going to sell your soul you should get something out of it. Even the Devil goes along with that.

I don't care to call myself or women in general what my enemies call us. And I'm the furthest thing from being a prude.
