By losing your shit, shouting and rambling over the host and the opposition until the host has no choice but to go to commercial, instead of talking reasonably and surely.
Just now on Hardball. Don't know who that guy was, but he needs a lesson in civil debate.
On edit: He was pro-decriminalization/legalization.
