I thought I was the only person to notice this. My neighbors are Ron Paul supporters and constantly complain that the media a) ignores him or b) plays gotcha with him.

Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrinch. Most Repukes are like this. Complain about the media when it doesn't coddle them like they're used to.

but personally, I think it is an intentional sympathy ploy. The Paulbots are probably more convinced than ever that their guy isn't getting a fair shake and isn't "establishment," however....I don't think any of that is true. Sarah Palin had George Bush's people advising her, it doesn't get too much more establishment than that. Ron Paul's got Doug Bandow who was connected to Jack Abramoff on his campaign. When will the media start asking questions about that? When will they ask him about his involvement in the "shadow cabinet?"

If I can find this stuff, they can.

that's common with the supporters of any candidate.

Yes, even ours.

And no I am not saying that every thing the media says about a candidate is true or fair. But the phenomena you mention can be found everywhere.

Paul supporters watch him rip off his microphone and storm out of an interview and say they all do that.

I have never seen my candidate, President Obama, do anything like that.

Have you?
