on the plasma on site. I think they just might not have that capability OR be able to achieve it readily.

Maybe some other billionaire can donate $25 million to do that, though.

Cost is around 40.00 in the US. Probably significantly less in bulk. No equipment required.

I would assume rapid testing is available for other diseases.

We say we want their blood for medical purposes. Just lay down here and let us take your blood, by the pint. For science. Certainly not black magic.

There would not be enough latrines for the medical people sent out.
